The room had a great view of the forest and the facilities like the spa and pool were fantastic. The free bike rental was also a great bonus to explore the resort and its surroundings. The location of the hotel near the lake was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The staff was unprofessional and not very friendly. They couldn't speak English well and didn't explain the resort's policies clearly.

Forest In The Sky - Flamingo Dai Lai Resort was a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The room we stayed in had a fantastic forest view and was spacious and clean. The resort grounds were well-maintained and offered plenty of activities, including swimming pools, restaurants, and a spa/sauna. We especially enjoyed exploring the different dining options and the amenities at the spa. The location was also convenient, not too far from Hanoi, making it a great spot for a weekend trip. I would recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

During our stay, we noticed that there were some areas still under construction, which was a bit disappointing considering they were advertised as open and operational. Additionally, the staff could benefit from further training, as some seemed unsure about how to operate the Credit/Debit machine.

The pool was great and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, plus they had a nice view of the surrounding area. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and attractions.
